Sales Manager – ELV Systems & UPS Solutions (Saudi Arabia)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for ELV and UPS systems.
- Identify and target key market segments such as construction, IT, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Maintain a solid pipeline and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Present technical solutions to clients and consultants with confidence and clarity.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams for customized solutions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Qualification / Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in ELV systems ( Access Control, Fire Alarm, etc.) and UPS products.
- Strong technical knowledge of ELV & power backup systems.
- Familiarity with design, estimation, and bidding processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
