Country Manager / Regional Manager – ELV Systems (Control Cables & UPS) UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Market Development – Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s presence in the UAE market for Control Cables and UPS solutions.
- Sales Growth – Achieve and exceed regional sales targets through strategic planning, channel development, and key account management.
- Business Development – Identify new project opportunities with EPC contractors, system integrators, consultants, and distributors.
- Key Account Management – Build and maintain long-term relationships with major clients including contractors, consultants, and government entities.
- Channel & Partner Development – Establish and manage distributor networks and strategic partners across the UAE.
- Project Sales Management – Lead project-based sales including tender participation, technical discussions, and proposal submissions.
- Team Leadership – Recruit, train, and manage the regional sales team to ensure strong market coverage and performance.
- Market Intelligence – Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies in cables, ELV systems, and power solutions.
- Cross-functional Coordination – Work closely with engineering, logistics, and product teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Business Reporting – Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic business plans for senior management.
Qualification / Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- MBA or business management qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in sales or business development within the cables, UPS, ELV systems, or power solutions industry.
- Proven experience working in the UAE or GCC market.
- Strong network with consultants, EPC contractors, distributors, and system integrators.
- Demonstrated experience in project sales and infrastructure-related projects.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
